These terms of use (together with the documents referred to in them) set out the terms on which you may make use of our website www.lodhagroup.co.uk and any other website operated by us ("our sites"), whether as a guest or a registered user. Use of our sites includes accessing, browsing or registering to use our sites. By proceeding to view our sites or any part of it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms which shall constitute the entire binding agreement between you and Lodha. These terms may be varied by Lodha from time to time and the revised terms will be deemed to apply at the relevant time in respect of your registration and/or use of our sites. ACCESSING OUR SITE

Our sites are made available free of charge. APPLICABLE LAW

If you are a consumer, please note that these terms, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the Courts of England and Wales will have non exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident in Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland. If you are a business, these terms, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

We May Collect And Process The Following Data About You:

You may give us information about you by filling in forms on our sites, or by submitting your CV, or by corresponding with us by phone, e-mail or otherwise or, by you interacting with any of our business partners, suppliers or sub-contractors (including estate agents, sales agents and our professional advisors) engaged on our behalf. This includes information you provide when you register to use our sites, subscribe to our service, email us, arrange property viewings with us, request brochures from us, complete an enquiry form, provide your CV and when you report a problem with our sites. We Use Information Held About You In The Following Ways:

i. Information you give to us. We will use this information: to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information and services that you request from us relating to the projects, properties, ventures or opportunities detailed on our sites or otherwise notified to you; to provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;

iii. Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our sites.

C) We may disclose your personal information to third parties:

ii. If Lodha Developers UK Limited or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, your personal data will be one of the transferred assets; and

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

A) We use a Client Relationship Management system and the data that we collect from you may be transferred and stored outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), such as in India. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers or one of our group companies, such as our group company in India. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order or enquiry and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely.

B) We have put in place appropriate technical and organisational measures to guard against unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.
